These terms and conditions govern the purchase, delivery, use and potential claims regarding gift vouchers for services provided by the restaurant han.sik (hereinafter the “voucher” and the “restaurant”). The purchaser is a natural or legal person who orders, buys or presents the voucher for redemption (hereinafter the “customer”).

2. Methods of Purchasing the Voucher
- E-voucher – order via website or e-mail. The customer provides contact and billing details, the value and number of vouchers. After order confirmation, payment instructions are provided. After payment, the voucher is delivered as a PDF. It can be used electronically or printed.
- Personal purchase at the restaurant – without prior order (up to 10 pcs), payment in cash or by card.
- Printed voucher by post – according to agreement. Shipping is charged according to the current price list, the voucher is sent by registered mail.
- Bulk orders (corporate, events) – individual agreement including value, design, validity and invoicing terms.
3. Voucher Price and Payment Method
The standard voucher value starts from CZK 500 or as agreed. The price of the voucher corresponds to its nominal value. Shipping costs (for printed vouchers) are not included in the voucher price.
Payment methods:
- E-voucher and printed voucher – bank transfer or other available methods (e.g., online payment gateway).
- Personal purchase – cash or card payment.
- Corporate purchase – invoicing as agreed, standard due date 14 days.
4. Redeeming the Voucher
The voucher can only be redeemed at the han.sik restaurant. It must be presented to the staff before the bill is issued. Printed or electronic versions with a readable code are accepted. If presented only when paying, the restaurant may refuse retroactive application.
The voucher can be redeemed only once. It cannot be split across multiple visits unless expressly agreed before redemption. If the bill exceeds the voucher value, the customer pays the difference. If the bill is lower than the voucher value, the unused balance is forfeited. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, even partially. The voucher cannot be used for tipping.
Special events, offers or tasting evenings – voucher acceptance is not automatically guaranteed and may require prior reservation or be limited by capacity. Current information on the website or from the staff applies.
5. Voucher Validity
The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase/issuance, unless stated otherwise. The validity date is printed directly on the voucher. After the validity period expires, the voucher becomes invalid without compensation or refund. The voucher cannot be extended retrospectively.
In case of loss, damage or theft of the voucher, no replacement can be issued unless both parties agree in writing before the voucher is redeemed.
6. Order Cancellation
An e-voucher order can be cancelled until the restaurant confirms the order. The request must be sent by e-mail to info@ihansik.cz. After confirmation, the order cannot be unilaterally cancelled, except for withdrawal under Section 7.
7. Withdrawal from the Contract for Distance Purchases
When purchasing the voucher online or by e-mail (outside the premises), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason, provided the voucher has not been redeemed, even partially. The request must include the customer’s name, voucher code, purchase date and the withdrawal request and must be sent to info@ihansik.cz. After verification, the amount will be refunded by bank transfer.
If the voucher has already been redeemed (even partially), the right to withdraw expires. For vouchers purchased directly at the restaurant, the right to withdraw does not apply.
In case of dispute, out-of-court resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) may be used.

- purchase/redemption date,
- description of the issue and staff comments, if any.
Without the required information, the complaint may not be processed. Complaints are assessed individually.
